Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Free standard delivery on orders over $35 within the continental United States. Orders below $35 incur a flat shipping fee of $5.99. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier’s website.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, unforeseen delays may occur. Rair Planet is not responsible for carrier delays once a package leaves our facility.
